Landscaping Services in Charlotte Suburbs

Landscape design in a Charlotte-area suburb

Charlotte Landscaping Service Areas Across the Charlotte Metro

Charlotte Pro Landscape routes crews daily out of central Charlotte, with coverage extending into the surrounding Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Iredell, and Gaston County suburbs. Our routing is built to minimize drive time and keep crews working on properties, not driving between them — which is why your yard gets serviced on the same day each week and why our pricing stays flat instead of loading up with fuel surcharges.

Below is the complete list of Charlotte and Charlotte-metro suburbs where we currently run routes. If your address is inside I-485 or within a 30-minute drive of downtown Charlotte, you are almost certainly in our coverage area. For addresses near the edges of our radius, we confirm routing during the quote so there are no surprises.

Primary Service Areas

Charlotte (Mecklenburg County). Full coverage across all Charlotte neighborhoods — Uptown, East, West, North, and South Charlotte — and all 282XX zip codes within I-485. Route density is highest here — same-day emergency response available.

Matthews (Mecklenburg County). Full coverage across Matthews’ established neighborhoods and newer subdivisions. Larger-lot landscaping specialty common on Matthews properties.

Huntersville (Mecklenburg County). Comprehensive coverage throughout Huntersville on both sides of the I-77 corridor, including the Birkdale area and historic downtown Huntersville.

Concord (Cabarrus County). Coverage extends throughout Concord, including the neighborhoods along the I-85 corridor and downtown Concord.

Cornelius (Mecklenburg County). Coverage across Cornelius, including the Lake Norman waterfront neighborhoods and the communities along the I-77 corridor.

Mooresville (Iredell County). Coverage into Mooresville along the Lake Norman shoreline and the NC-150 corridor — northern edge of our standard service radius.

Mint Hill (Mecklenburg County). Full coverage across Mint Hill’s residential neighborhoods. Mint Hill’s clay-heavy soil and steady development make drainage hardscape a common service need in this area.

Monroe (Union County). Service extends into Monroe along the US-74 corridor — southeastern edge of our standard radius.

Pineville (Mecklenburg County). Full coverage throughout Pineville along the US-521 corridor near the South Carolina line. Southern edge of our standard route.

Indian Trail (Union County). Full coverage throughout Indian Trail along the US-74 corridor.

Gastonia (Gaston County). Coverage across Gastonia and western Gaston County, including the neighborhoods along the I-85 corridor.

Waxhaw (Union County). Rapid-growth corridor along the NC-16 corridor south of Charlotte. Newer construction landscape installs common, alongside established-neighborhood maintenance work.

How Route Scheduling Works

Properties in the same neighborhood or corridor are grouped on the same day when possible. This is why we cannot always accommodate specific day-of-week requests — your service day is set by route, not preference. Once you are scheduled, that day stays consistent week to week.

Edges of our radius — properties more than 30 minutes from downtown Charlotte (east past Monroe, south toward the South Carolina line, north past Mooresville toward Statesville, west past Gastonia toward Kings Mountain) — fall outside standard routing. We occasionally extend coverage for the right project; ask during the quote.

Services Available in All Service Areas

Every suburb above gets the full service menu: weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing, custom landscape design, hardscaping including patios and retaining walls, irrigation installation and repair, leaf removal and seasonal cleanup, and commercial landscaping for offices, HOAs, and multi-family properties.

If you don’t see your specific neighborhood listed but you are in Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Iredell, or Gaston County within a 30-minute drive of downtown Charlotte, request a free quote and we will confirm coverage for your exact address same day.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you are in Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Wilson, or Rutherford County within a 30-minute drive of downtown Charlotte, almost certainly yes. Send your address via our contact form and we will confirm same day.

Route efficiency. We group properties in the same neighborhood or corridor on the same day to keep drive time down and pricing flat. Your service day is set by your neighborhood's route. Once assigned, your day stays consistent.

No. Flat pricing applies across our coverage area. If an address is outside our standard route, we either decline the work or quote a flat travel-inclusive rate — not a surcharge added to a standard price.

Yes. Small to mid-size commercial — HOA common areas, small office complexes, multi-family courtyards, retail centers — case by case. Larger commercial contracts are outside our current residential focus.

For weekly mowing and standard cleanup, typical start is 7 to 10 days from quote acceptance in our core coverage areas. Landscape design and hardscape projects typically schedule 2 to 6 weeks out depending on current project queue.

We evaluate new service areas periodically based on request volume. If you are outside our current radius, let us know — enough requests from a specific area can justify adding a route.
