When you submit a quote request, contact form, or call us, we collect:

- Your service address (so we can scope the work)
- Project details you provide (yard size, services needed, timing)
- Anonymous website analytics (pages visited, time on site, general region)
We collect this information for one reason: to respond to your inquiry and provide the landscaping services you’ve asked about.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to schedule consultations and to scope and price your project. We also talk with you during the work and handle billing. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for any reason.
Information Sharing With Charlotte Service Crews
When you book Charlotte landscaping service, we share your contact details and address with the crew assigned to your property. That includes your name, service address, and phone number for day-of calls. It also includes any notes about gate codes, pets, sprinkler locations, or how to reach the property. Crew members do not get your email address or any payment details.
We do not share your information with other landscaping companies, marketing firms, lead-generation services, or any third party for promotions.
Cookies and Analytics
Our site uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. It collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time on site, and general region. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use CallRail to track phone calls from our website. CallRail records the time, duration, and source of calls. Call recordings are not stored unless you specifically authorize them.
Quote Request Information Retention
Say you ask for a quote but do not become a customer. We keep your contact information for 12 months in case you reach back out, then delete it. For active customers, we keep records for as long as we work together, plus 7 years for accounting and tax. After that, we delete them for good.

Charlotte and North Carolina residents, plus residents of California and other states with privacy laws, have rights here. You can ask what personal information we collect. You can ask us to delete it. You can opt out of any sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
