Information Sharing With Charlotte Service Crews
When you request Charlotte landscaping service, your contact information and address are shared internally with the Charlotte Pro Landscape crew assigned to your property. This includes your name, service address, phone number for day-of communication, and any specific notes about gate codes, pets, irrigation system locations, or property access details. Crew members do not receive your email address or any payment-related information.
We do not share your information with other landscaping companies, marketing companies, lead-generation services, or any third parties for promotional purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use CallRail to track phone calls from our website. CallRail records the time, duration, and source of calls. Call recordings are not stored unless you specifically authorize them.
Quote Request Information Retention
If you submit a quote request and ultimately do not become a customer, we retain your contact information for 12 months in case you reach back out, then delete it. Active customer records are retained for the duration of the service relationship plus 7 years for accounting and tax compliance, after which they are permanently deleted.
